The Philadelphia hip hop icon mourns her daughter, just one year after losing her son.
Tragedy has once again hit the state property family. It is with a heavy heart that we announce that the Philadelphia rapper, Freeway’s daughter Harmony, lost her daughter to terminal cancer at the age of 21.
Harmony‘s transition comes a year after the death of Jihad, his Freeway brother / son, from an accidental drug overdose. As reported by AllHipHop.com, Jihad was 19 at the time of his death.
The “What We Do” rapper took to social media to share the sad news to his fans and many of his supporters.
He posted on his Instagram: âI pray my daughter Harmony’s name will ring among the angels of heaven ï¸ much love to @sixers for helping put a big smile on my daughters face that day ! “
Freeway also posted a sweet keepsake of Harmony dancing while wearing a princess tiara, calling her the proverbial stuff of a sweet little girl.
“You know the saying sugar and spices and everything is beautiful, well this is my Harmony!” â¤ï¸ I promise you all that she was the sweetest, kindest, most caring, generous, loving and lovable person I know. Allah has truly blessed me by bringing her into my life. I love him so much and it hurts so much this video was in February of this year on the occasion of his 21st birthday, âhe captioned.
He further wrote, âEven though she was battling cancer, she was still happy and smiling and she always brightened my day. The only thing that reassures me is that I know 100% that she believes in Allah and that she was a good person.
âI truly believe she has what it takes to enter Heaven. ð¤²ð¾ðð¾â¤ï¸ Please keep her in your prayers and ask God to show her comfort and mercy, âhe continued soberly. âListen to life and death, it’s real! cherish your loved ones and keep them close to you because you never know, we are not promised our next breath.
